Perennially popular center console gets updated design, smarter layout, big tech upgrades, and T-top with windshield ventilation system.

Ten years after its debut, the Regulator 31 has a new look for model year 2027 along with next-generation technology, layout versatility, comfort, and fishability to one of the builder’s most popular models. The new-look 31 features a wider gunwale and redesigned windshield, helm, and dash. The updated T-top features a patent-pending ventilation system that keeps air moving without any mist. A larger cockpit has casting room for multiple anglers, 1,400-plus quarts of cold storage, up to 27 rod holders, and transom livewell. A standard E-Hub Lithium Battery System powers the pumps and electrical systems all day without the noise and fumes produced by a fueled genset. When the rods are put away, an adjustable sun bed and pedestal table, double forward console seat with cooler, and both forward and rear sunshades, set the onboard mood to chill.

Regulator incorporated the windshield ventilation system from its larger 35, which allows users to control airflow through a forward intake and fine tune it with adjustable vents at the helm. Twin helm seats feature armrests, flip-up bolsters, and folding footrests. The helm comes standard with a factory-installed Garmin Offshore Package featuring two 17-inch multifunction displays, AIS-equipped VHF radio, and open-array radar.

The standard configuration will be a tackle center, like what was standard on the original 31, but can be set up with either a tackle center, mezzanine seating, or a modified mezzanine to accommodate an optional Seakeeper. Fishing gear includes one transom and three forward fishboxes, dual pressurized transom livewells, raw water washdown and livewell plumbing, and up to 27 rod holders.

The windshield ventilation system allows users to control airflow through a forward intake and fine tune it with adjustable vents at the helm. The setup includes two directional vents near the radio box to channel airflow directly toward the helm, and a large center vent with hydraulic baffles to control airflow while underway.

The Regulator 31 comes with a standard 36-gallon transom livewell, with an optional dual livewell configuration scaling up to combination setups up to 56 gallons. The propulsion system features Yamaha Helm Master EX Joystick and SetPoint positioning technology.
